Shipping and Returns

We ship from the Netherlands to all countries within Europe via PostNL. Delivery time varies depending on destination:

• Netherlands and Belgium : delivery within 1-2 working days.
• Rest of Europe : delivery within 2-5 working days.

Postage costs :

• Free shipping for orders above €45 within the Netherlands and Belgium.
• For smaller orders or shipments to other European countries, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Return Policy : You have 14 days to return your order. Products must be returned unused, unopened and in their original condition with the packaging intact. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. Refunds will be processed after inspection.
